Eligibility Criteria to Apply
1. The applicant must be a resident or fellow at the time of submission. Verification of residency or fellowship status is required.
2. The online application must be completed in its entirety prior to the deadline, including a comprehensive list of publications, awards / honours, and previous conference presentations.
3. The applicant must reside in a country the World Bank classifies as lower middle-income or low-income. For a list of World Bank classifications, please click here.
4. The applicant must have submitted at least one abstract for the SIU 2025 Congress .
