The Urology Foundation is delighted to announce the first grant call of our Urinary Tract Infections Research Initiative. Applications are invited for research projects into Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) worth up to £250,000.

Millions of people are affected by UTIs every year and as well as the significant impact on those who experience them, they are also the second most common reason for prescribing antibiotics, making them a contributory cause in the rise of antimicrobial resistance.
The Urology Foundation is committed to driving change and to improving the lives of and outlook for those affected by UTIs and their families. We are open to considering a variety of project submissions, ranging from one year research proposals to larger studies of up to three years. Collaborative and/or multi-centre projects are particularly welcomed.

Deadline for Expressions of Interest: 15 November 2024
