The British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN) Conference 2024 takes place from 4-5 November at the ACC in Liverpool. In addition, popular pre-conference workshops are taking place on Sunday 3 November.

This year's workshops are:

· Flexible Cystoscopy
Aiming to give the prerequisite information and skills in preparation for training to perform flexible cystoscopies. Aimed at nurses wanting to learn how to perform flexible cystoscopies or to further develop their skills.

· LATP Biopsy
Helping Specialist Nurses to perform local anaesthetic prostate biopsies independently. Providing the theory and practice behind local anaesthetic trans rectal ultrasound and trans perineal biopsy procedures

· Essential Skills Workshop 
Aimed at junior urology nurses or those working in a setting looking after urology patients who require an overview of up-to-date guidelines and the opportunity to practice or update skills.
