These terms of use, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Scots law. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, except that where you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland if you are a resident of Northern Ireland and you may also bring proceedings in England or Wales if you are resident of England or Wales.
